Very nice almost mint example of a Nicca IIIS in box. Camera has the E-P engraving on the rewind knob. The information is not 100% sure what the E-P engraving was used for but probably for the Japanese government to know that on certain products tax was not paid by the certain customers like military members and their families, tourists and by diplomatic members and their families. About 8000 pieces were made of this type of Nicca. Mounted is a matching Nippon Kogaku 5cm f2 Nikkor-H.C lens with serial number 641466. Camera shows some little oxidation on the top plate just around the speed dial. Technically in perfect working condition. Speeding times are accurate. Lens barrel shows some small signs of use. A bit of haze on the inside is visible but no separation or something like that. Comes with leather case and box (no numbers on the box).
