Service and accuracy are our main priority. We therefore have chosen for UPS as our main shipping partner. As an alternative we also use DHL Express as for some destinations this is a better alternative. As we ship almost everything via UPS or DHL Express (within the Netherlands you can choose for PostNL as well) we managed to arrange interesting prices. The benefits for you as a customer:

- Online and real-time traceable via www.ups.com or www.dhl.com
- Safe and reliable (all shipments will be shipped fully insured)
- Low cost (orders over Euro 500 are even free of cost)
- For lens cloths etc. we offer standard postal service as well, shipping time via postal service will be longer
Customs might charge you for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We have no control on duties and/or custom fees. Duties and custom fees are always on the buyers account. For shipments outside the European Union (EU) we have to include original invoices with correct prices and descriptions. We do not declare at lower prices to avoid duties or custom fees. This is not only not allowed by government but the amount you would save is much less as the amount you would lose when the package is damaged or lost.
