Minox
Minox is renowned for its subminiature cameras, starting with the Minox A in 1936, designed by Walter Zapp. Initially created in 1922, it became famous as both a luxury item and a spy camera. Produced in Latvia from 1937 to 1943, production moved to Germany in 1948 after World War II, where the camera was redesigned.
In the 1970s, Minox expanded with the Minox 35 and Minox 110 compact cameras. Acquired by Leica in 1996, Minox regained independence in 2001 and continues to produce high-quality photographic equipment today.
