Very rare hardly seen accessory for the Leitz rangefinders: a FOPRI prism attachment. Accessory for use with Leica I Model A. With the FOPRI attached, focusing range extended to 1-0.5m. Not many of these FOPRI prism were sold and you can imagine that many were lost in the years. As a bonus you will get a free Leitz FODIS rangefinder with it (official made for the Leitz FOFER rangefinder but fits the FODIS as well). The FODIS is working but it is not very not very contrasty.
